How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Typically, products are delivered between within 3-10 business days from order date. You can select the pick up option to get your order faster than the standard delivery.
We use a third-party courier service. You will receive a notification prior the delivery date.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Confirm Order" button. If you notice an error on your order please contact our customer service department within 24 hours.

 

Are products in stock?

No, all of our products are custom made per order. 

 

Does CM Works Sell Wholesale?

We do offer some of our products at a discount. Contact us with information on what you are looking for and we can let you know if it is eligible for a discount.

 

 

Delivery

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in Malta on all orders over €50.00 and to Gozo for orders over €80.00.
For orders below €50.00 a delivery fee applies.

  1. Central & South- €3.00

  2. North - €3.50 (Mgarr, Mellieha, Manikata, Xemxija)

  3. Gozo - €5.00

All orders are sent out for delivery via third-party courier service.
Orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days (depending on the product ordered).
During busy seasons orders might take a bit longer to get delivered

What if my product arrives broken or defective?

Simply give us a call on the same day your order is delivered and we will replace it free of charge.

 

What if my product is not as expected?

If you receive a product that does not match the description online or you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will work with you to provide a product that will satisfy expectations.

 

How do I mount my letters/names?

Wooden letters normally contain a saw toothed hook on the back which can be hung from.
Large wooden names comes with double sided tape on the back for easy installation. In some cases stencils are provided.
